PHILIDOR RX SERVICES LLC took my HSA Funds!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
In 2014-Nov, my dermatologist provided me with a "Trial Coupon" for JUBLIA; a topical solution used to treat toenails. The trial coupon offers a "$0 copay for 12 months" of this medicine. I called the phone number on the marketing material to establish my account and reached "PHILIDOR RX SERVICES LLC" who, unsurprisingly, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the manufacturer of JUBLIA. The medicine bottle is very small and only lasts 2 WEEKS ... and the treatment length is 48 WEEKS. At each renewal, the product's online pharmacy "PHILIDOR RX SERVICES LLC" bills my medical insurance $450.75. Considering 24 renewals at $450.75, that is a whopping total-treatment-cost of $10,818.00 !! Getting back to my point, Philidor RX Services continues to INCORRECTLY bill my health insurance which, in turn, is impacting my HSA / MRA Funds - each time, removing $100 from MY Medical Reimbursement Account. Upon speaking with United Health Care, they informed me that (1) Philidor has a previously-established contract with UHC for $350.75 and (2) UHC sends Philidor an EOB each and every time they MISTAKENLY bill UHC at the higher, non-agreed rate of $450.75. I've spoken with Philidor RX numerous times, via email as well as telephone, and (1) they refuse to take ownership of the billing mistake - despite UHC and my employer's benefits administration team stating with 100% certainty that Philidor is the ONLY one to blame, (2) despite numerous customer service personnel promising me that the issue will no longer occur, Philidor continues to evade fixing their billing issue. Thus far, Philidor's mistakes have impacted my MRA funds by $350. Since Philidor has assured me, numerous times, that the mishap was fully corrected, I am left to assume that this either being done intentionally or they are clueless as to how to properly navigate the healthcare billing world. I would NOT recommend anyone using the Philidor RX Services LLC pharmacy. I would also strongly hesitate to recommend a topical medicine, intended for 48 weeks of treatment but deliberately delivered in a 2-week portion thereby costing the already-suffering American Healthcare system a SMALL FORTUNE (for a mere toenail fungus?!).

You win the prize for the dumbest ads on television. First, you ran one with a female stepping onto a red carpet in closed shoes.

A horrified reporter proclaims, "Toenail fungus." Things have not improved with the male version. The male actor also steps out with closed shoes only to have a reporter, in some miraculous way, notice that he is also a victim of toenail fungus.

With such *** ads, for which the company probably paid big bucks, why would even a somewhat intelligent consumer be swayed to buy your product?

Wow. I was looking into using this company after my dr game me the coupons but after seeing the reviews and reading the responses from what seems like a representative from the company philidor there is no way I would use them now. How disgusting and unprofessional !

Guest

I dont know where to start. You people truly have no clue what kind of insurance you have and how it works.

You should blame your employer for the *** health plan not a pharmacy. News flash! The only people that can take money out of your hsa account is you and your insurance company.

Philidor doesnt have access to your account. That is the plan you signed up for Blame yourselves!

Guest

Numerous phone calls to try to stop them from auto refilling a prescription. I was assured several times it was taken care of and yet, here comes another unwanted knock at my door from UPS delivering their prescription.

Nothing but a hassle to try to get return labels to send their product back. Shannon even insisted that noon on 9/2 to noon on 9/4 was NOT the 48 hrs. allotted wait time to EMAIL me a return label.

Never again Philador and I'll tell everyone I know to steer clear. I'm going to let my physician know that this service is a scam and to not recommend using it ever again.

Guest

right. so negligent and fraudulent yet we help thousands of patients each week.

pretty sure if there were a scam involved, action would have been taken. ignorant people love to blame.

You're not helping me anymore. Raising the copay from $0 to $40 3 weeks after I started the medication (that I have to take for a year!) with no notice or explanation.

Raising it higher than my insurance's own mail-order pharmacy, to about the same amount as Walgreen's. After quoting me a year of no copays.

Yeah, I'd call that a scam. And I know who to blame.

Philidor Rx Services Work Experience Review from Warminster, Pennsylvania

I was a former employee of Philidor and the company seemed sketchy from the start. During training class I was always so confused about how we were about to have an extremely low copay...coming from a background with no pharmacy experience I was told to 'trust the process' and that was what I did. It's funny how when you google Philidor you only get the Hatboro location, and no website is up and running..strange? On a daily basis patients would question us in regards to how our copays are so and how do we make our money... Those questions were never clarified and as an employee I would laugh it off and explain the copay program which I was taught. After the *** hit the fan October 30th, the weeks following we were in the dark until we finally received an email letter from our CEO stating most of us will lose or jobs and what not. Following the letter we were told over and over again 'business as usual'....still really not knowing what was happening. We would receive continuous emails about the change in the copay program and also an email from the floor manager about Andys letter being 'leaked' to the press. and basically to keep our mouths shut. I can say that I have never ever experienced working for a company like this, besides my amazing coworkers and supervisors the shadiness of the business really makes me happy that I jumped ship before it actually sank. I wish all my fellow employees all the best in the future jobs, this is definitely an experience we will never forget.

It had to be the worst business environment ever! Co workers were great most sups were not very good they certainly had their favorites like a little 3rd grade classroom.

I will never forget many crazy days there.

"Trust the system" was always an answer to any question, that got old pretty fast...,now we know why nothing was clear or explained with intelligence . Good LUCK

*** PHILIDOR

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I am so excited for this review. I am a former employee at Philidor. I called it from the 2nd week there that they would close. I didn't know it would be so soon. I loved the employees. But, as for the "higher ups"- man oh man, where do I begin? Peg (head of HR) is the DEVIL, most inconsiderate woman I have ever met in my life. Words can't even explain how happy I am that she gets a taste of her own medicine & loses her job. Ali, the HR assistant, karma is a *** now isn't it? I would love to see you carry that dumb backpack right out those closing doors. And good ol' Andy... trying to get ahold of him was like trying to get ahold of the President until his company went to *** & all of a sudden he wanted to act like he cared about anyone but himself. My heart dropped in excitement when I found out they were closing. I feel bad for the employees that did nothing to deserve this. But as for those 3, I hope none of you ever find employment. You deserve nothing but the worst that life gives you. Karma can be such a beautiful thing. Better luck next time Mr. Davenport. I don't feel sorry for you at all. (best of luck to my former fellow co-workers, I love you all to pieces)

Wow. Bitterness at its best.

Where is your name? No where to be found. Kinda sad to know you're someone I worked with. You realize you as well are out of a job?

And those people will easily get jobs seeing as they have a higher education than you probably, because someone smart would not post something this disgusting about others.

Karma is a beautiful thing, and things like this will also get back at you sometime. Good luck to you.

I'm allowed to voice my opinion & because I am not a fan of 3 people in that building doesn't mean I have an issue with anyone else. Like I said, I wish nothing but the best for my former co-wokers & I believe you are anonymous as well.

It's none of your business who I am. Maybe you should check out the other compliments & go troll them.

I may not work at Philador RX but I have two children and a son in law who works there and I find it disgusting how this company misled their employees! Because of unethical procedures the good people who work there will no longer have jobs because of greed and lies! To make matters worse upper management told the employees that they will not yell at them if they are late or leave work early! Really?! These good people will be Unemployed! How dare they!! Wow! Says alot about that company! Shame on Andy Davenport for being a scam artist! I wish all the good people who worked there all the best in their quest for employment!

You kids and son in law don't deserve the amazingly generous severance package if they share your beliefs.. How many people get laid off and get that much severance.

I got mine yesterday and was grateful....

I'm just out of college and hoping to get a better job then working in a call center. I'm guessing your children and son in law didn't go to college!!!

Hopefully they didn't inherit your negative attitude. Being in the call center isn't brain surgery guess your kids aren't so bright

Yo all these people are mad hype over Philidor claiming how amazing the company is and 'generous' their severance package is. A company who laid off over 300 people in PA and AZ.

Is generous? Obviously people have different definitions of generous. If they were at all generous they would not have played dirty from jump and made sure they were running a business which complyed to all legal business standards. Anyone who sits there and says that the company was amazing sit back and think of All the employees they randomly fired, whenever you needed an explanation of the copay program you were told to 'trust the process', or how about every Monday a new class of 20 or more people would be walking the floors?

How about you google Philidor and the ONLY location that pops up is on Hatboro. If that doesn't sound shady idk what does. So hope off Andys **** and open your eyes that he was in it to make money and that's it, 'Philidor Family' was a bunch of ***.

Bc if this was such an amazing company we would all be working there still. Open your eyes.

Guest

I DO work there too. Wow open your eyes.

Your going to be out of a JOB?! Do you not realize that?? How about you read the letter Andy sent to us all. We are losing our jobs?!!!

Instead of posting comments you should be putting applications out and praying someone will hire you!

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-1060044

I don't have to pray...there was nothing wrong with my work ethic. Good luck to you though

Guest

I DO work for that company and couldn't disagree with you more! Obviously you are putting comments on this site because all you can do is read the news and base your "opinions" on everything Valeant has to say.

Shame on you for putting the company who is still employing your daughters and son in law on blast! Maybe you should talk to the people who understand what we do as a company instead of narrowminded twits who are clearly there to collect a paycheck and be the first to have bad things about a man who continues even in this difficult time to show your kids support! Nothing was unethical and nobody was misled.

Maybe they should realize they are still getting a paycheck and are there to do a job at a certain time. Talk about unprofessional, if your getting talked to about your lateness you shouldn't be there anyway!

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-1060024

Woa! The above is why I left Philidor and your attitude about"who are clearly there to collect a paycheck" mentality !

For the most part Philidor was like a sweat shop unless you were in mgt. Most people working there knew about the shady practices, the Feds are involved now, major ins companies cut you off because of unethical practices, valeant has to cut their relationship with Philidor.....these are facts!

This stuff does not usually happen in the business world.

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-1061345

Are you kidding me!!!!!!! This is how rumors start.

Feds are not involved and no criminal charges have been or will be issued. How very *** you are,, Sweat shop, are you kidding. How about free medical insurance for a single person, unlimited coffee, soda, tea, 25 cents for $3 snacks, monthly lunches brought in. Average call center employee is $17 hr plus time and 1/2 after 40 hrs.

Go find that hourly wage as a call center employee..

Have you ever heard " scape goat" or "thrown under the bus" Big corporate America, Valeant I believe is the one you should be throwing this insults at.

You're an *** for not understanding the way Corporate America works... There would have been arrests if there was unethical practices..

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-1061522

No doubt Valeant got caught and used Philidor, but Andy knew what was not ethical so did a lot of people working there. BTW unethical is not illegal , being unethical in this business is very dangerous and it's not the smartest way to go!

Philidor Rx Services Work Experience Review from Baltimore, Maryland

I am too an employee or should I say former employee of Philidor. I am heart broken as to the announcement of the loss of over 600 jobs. So many people will be without income. Many people employee here worked with family members which makes the blow even worse. Prior to getting my offer here I always felt something was not right about the company...but having family working here and being referred I figured why not give it a try the pay is great.. Turns out we were all used the for the greater good of the CEO and now we're paying the consequences. I wish everyone at Philidor all the best many blessings and well wishes to you all..... We really all became a family and I am sad to say goodbye to that family.

Philidor Pharmacy for FRAUD Regarding Jublia/Valeant Pharmaceuticals

My Podiatrist wished for (Dr. Michael Klein, Oceanside NY) wished for me to start a new medication called JUBLIA. I am disabled and retired from a large corporation which fortunately allowed ne to retain my prescription drug benefits at no cost to me other than the cost of co-pays for each medication through Express Scripts - the same plan I have been on for about 30 (thirty) years. The Doctor handed me several glossy advertisements from PHILIDOR PHARMACY in Hatboro, PA stating that there was a ZERO co-pay for the cost of this medication. This was stated in SEVERAL PLACES on all the marketing material! The doctor's office also stated to me that they provided all the medical information to Philidor and all I needed to do when I returned from my appointment was to call them with my home address for shipping. Upon returning home from my appointment I dialed Philidor's toll-free number and was ASSURED by their representative that there was a ZERO co-pay for Jublia. Two days later a phone call from Philidor requested my credit card number so they could now process the $75 MONTHLY co-pay! THIS IS JUST THE OPPOSITE of what was stated in their marketing material as well as by their own phone representatives! I naturally refused to give this company my credit card information, however, I did call my local family-owned pharmacy in the town in which I live. I explained the situation to my pharmacist (Long beach Chemists - Long Beach NY) who promptly contacted my Podiatrist. Jublia was delivered to my front door within hours - with a mere $35 Co-pay - less than half of the $75 co-pay demanded by Philidor - which markets ZERO CO-PAYS! All this aggravation was completely unnecessary and resulted in my not having the medication for a week while all this nonsense with Phiidor took place. The relationship with Philidor and Jublia (Valeant Pharmaceuticals) is also unclear and needs to be evaluated. I have retained all the "marketing propaganda" from Philidor/Jublia/Valeant Pharmaceuticals.

Yes, I was just informed Philidor will no longer offer the co-pay to refill my Jublia prescription since I have government funded health insurance (Medicare). Instead of $125/ mo, it will most likely now be an unaffordable $500+/mo. We're being screwed.

I have been hung out to dry by Philador, Jublia, and Valeant Pharmaceuticals. After an investment of time, 1 year, and money $75.00 per month, Philador just advised me they will no longer honor my Medicare insuance and my Blue Shield drug plan.

I was refered to my local pharmacy by a Philador agent.

Said pharmacy quoted $596.00 for the refill. This is criminal.

Couple of things...

I had trouble with sorting the relation of Philidor and Valeant, at first, also. The operator seemed stilted and kept repeating the same thing as if trained to do so.

She acted ignorant of why Jublia had a separate phone number in order to order it or if that was standard for certain new or more popular drugs or? The manager gave the same run around.

I called the separate Jublia phone number and the operator said that Valeant is the manufacturer of Jublia and Philidor is a mail order company that buys wholesale from Valeant. It seems that the relationship of these companies may have been scrutinized in the past as I skimmed some Google searches.

I don't know beyond that. They are real companies doing what they say.

As for the free Jublia, that REEAALLY sounds odd. It was clear there would be some cost to somebody. Sorting that out was more difficult.

Either the insurance pays for it at an exorbitant(my opinion) cost, people with insurance will have a co-pay of the expensive price, some insurance will pay the full expensive price, or there is a program through Valeant (manufacturer) for people with no insurance of a reduced price of 75.00. Your doctor probably talked down the no-insurance program people and may even have footed the other 35.00 in good faith to you(Unknown).

Also, I found out the efficacy was around 15 - 17% cure rate which is three times a previous medication which then must have been around 5% or a little higher. Not very high rate. I was also shocked that the price was over 500.00.

One amount is for 4ml, the other is for 8ml/ not sure which it was. The prescription was sent ahead of me but it was for a 15 day supply which was even more shocking even if I wasn't paying for it compared to a no-insurance cost of 75.00.

I was also wondering why the dermatologist didn't take a sample of the infected nail to identify the exact type of fungus it was, considering some of the homeopathic cures work some of the time and not others. So why the assumption it's the same kind on everyone's feet?. Also, who knows who was persistent and made sure their remedy was shoved under the cuticle and nail EVERY DAY, which is laborious, and who just put it on top, applied their remedy just every 3rd day, expected unrealistic fast results, etc.

The one blog that made sense, and was straight forward and cheap was a fellow's doctor sanded his nails down CAREFULLY, AS NOT TO PERMANENTLY DAMAGE the nail bed(Not a do it yourself) and the fellow soaked his feet daily in a diluted bleach solution. That effectively got rid of his toe nail fungus. That made sense as the fungus could no longer hide under the nail and bleach DOES kill fungus. This was done under supervision of a doctor so what's with the Jublia?

Now, get this. My GP couldn't do that sand & bleach procedure because of legal reasons(What?) and my dermatologist said they couldn't either as she had never heard of that.

Well, obviously there is a doctor that has. The question is where can I find him so I can get a referral from my dermatologist or they can talk to a doctor experienced in that procedure, which is a heck of a lot cheaper.

I have taken Jublia for 8 months with 0 copay. Apparently, the insurance is charged as much as $400 or more for a 1 month supply.

I think that price may be way too high even if Jublia was effective.

In the research trials Jublia was apparently only barely effective (one doc said 16%), and apparently not with thicker larger toenails like the big toe, which unfortunately was my concern.

The shenanigans with copay is that Valeant wants to establish the product so they make their HUGE money off of insurance.

Insurance knows that if rates go up, they can charge more. So who is regulating price?

I am interested in even the 16% effectiveness, just the fee really being charged (insurance + individual copays) seems outrageously high, like it should be $10/month for its minimal effectiveness rather than $400-600/month.

gmslbeach - I'm a reporter with International Business Times looking into a related story. Please email me at o.davis@***.com if you'd like to speak further on the matter.

If you have government insurance (medicare, Medicaid, tri-care), which sounds like you do, they charge the "cash pay" fee of 75$. It was probably on there in fine print somewhere.

Guest

I was informed that my first two prescriptions were free. The first one was free, the second had a $40 copayment.

I did not take it. I called my Dr and told his office. They sent a 90 day prescription to OptumRx, informing me that the copayment may be more. OptumRx did not ship the prescription because it is a fire hazard!

I guess it is a fire hazard for OptimRx but not Philidor. Onto CVS

I have a prescription that costs five hundred dollars for a refill with eight refills. My insurance does not cover this medication. There was no way I could afford it. I was able to get it through Philidor for thirty five dollars. Now they are no more and I cannot afford my medication. I am screwed. Why is Jublia five hundred dollars for a refill? No normal human can afford that. Our whole health care system is a shamble and the drug companies do what they want. At least they were human enough for whatever reason to let me get my meds for an affordable rate. But leave it to the jug heads to screw up the little chance I had. Nothing in this country is geared for the middle class. It's all about corrupt government and bribery.... I mean lobbyists and everybody grabbing whatever money they can get their hands on. Obama care is a joke. It's screwed so many people including myself. The whole bunch of them in DC are in bed with the insurance companies. The whole DC crowd is nothing more than criminals in suits with titles. Thanks Philador for helping a small guy out while you could.

I also have a prescription for jublia, a 8ml bottle is $1,200 CRAZY RIGHT!! My doctor gave me a Valeant savings card that should be a $0 copay if you have commercial insurance, which I have.

Valeant "WILL NOT" honor it at all!!! The card is ***, don't waste your time!!! Then they keep me on the phone for 45min and say sorry we can't help you!! My pharmacy also called them, and they got the run around!!

This is *** and so is the Valeant Company!!! Why put out coupon cards that don't work?

So I've been seeing the same reaccuring posts about not being able to get a hold of any one at Philidor. For everyone's information. They have closed down. The business is no longer operating. You cannot place an order for a refill or first fill at all. I was a former employee. I understand everyone's frustration. As an employee they kept us in the dark during the downfall of the company and does not surprise me that no patients were informed of this either. I get it!! I remember patients calling in asking if we were closing and I was told by supervisors and ERIC RICE that it is business as usual. In conclusion, Philidor is done.

Former Employee!!!!

I left Philidor before it all came crashing down. In other words, I got off this Titanic before it sailed. I am so happy I followed my gut feeling. Something about the place just felt off. I haven't been keeping up with the news and recently found out what happen to the company. Its pretty pathetic how much valeant is pretending(to the media) like they had no clue what was going on at Philidor. I remember reps from valeant were always visiting our site and all of our training paper work had their name on it. Especially when there were changes made to the co pay program. They are a bunch of liars. Here a couple of things I didn't personally like: - The trainers/ the company in general were pretty vague when it came to how we the employees got paid/ made money from the co pay program. - We were not given much information about their "pharmacies" in other parts of the country. You just see names such as Wilshire, R&O and etc without much explanation. I just feel that employees should know more about the company they work for. - The supervisors under the age of 40, were very cocky, rude, played favorites and walked around like their ish don't stink. They feel that they are just to important. Ha, the male supervisors in the PA location walk around like they are god gifts on earth. One or two of them thought the company was a fashion show. His hair always distracted me cause it was spiked like a porcupine. His spikes could touch the ceiling. Beats me why you want to look like GQ model in a call center. The supervisors over 40 were okay, and a little more down to earth. -When the customers had in depth questions about the program(especially if the question centered around suspected shadiness), and wanted to speak to a supervisor. Some of them did not want to talk to the customer or answer certain questions. -I am not sure if I feel bad about the supervisors and the higher ups loosing their jobs. I feel alot of them knew in detail about the unethical things that were going on at Philidor. - The HR lady peggy is a very disrespectful lady and abuses her power. She likes to talk at you instead of talking to you. Her attitude is, since I can decide whether you will be employed or not I can talk to you any type of way. She definitely enjoys reminding people that she is above you and your life/career is in her hands. I sure did not give her that power. - I am not wishing anything bad on peggy or some of the supervisors. I just hope the closing of this company will humble them. Its interesting, how so many companies want our loyalty, to trust them, put in more time, make sacrifices and etc for them. However, they just don't do the same for us employees. Look at what "trusting the process" did to my ex co workers. SMH I feel bad for the lower level employees getting layed off. I hope they are able to bounce back from this and find a new job quickly. I hope potential employers don't shy away from some of them due to the connection to Philidor. I am sure things will get better when the media frenzy dies down completely. I wish you guys the best!

I agree with you. I also worked there and got out about 2 weeks before it closed its doors.

Peggy was a complete *** in my opinion. Some of my high-ups never even worked in a pharmacy! How can you tell me what to do when you don't even know whats going on. A lot of favorites there and the travel team didn't do anything when they came back.

Just sat around all day. The whole place was a big fat FAKE. As soon as i got the job i asked how can all of these drugs be basically free? No one could answer my question, not even Peggy.

Working in a pharmacy for almost 10 years, i know how things work especially with insurances. Im glad this place closed down, nothing but a bunch of children running around getting paid to do NOTHING.

Wow I could not have summed things up better myself! Spot on about the sups, most of them did not earn the title and had no idea how to control their pompous attitudes.

Lack of any leadership/mgt exp was so obvious and it was really difficult to put up with. They had to have known some of the unethical stuff that was going on unless they were that inexperienced .

I too, only wish for the humbling of many especially Peg Neely.

Philidor Rx Services Work Experience Review from Perkasie, Pennsylvania

I'm a former employee and was fired over something ridiculous. When the company was headed into closure and the wait times between calls was reaching close to an hour so myself and others attempted to keep ourselves from getting bored. They had handed out stress balls because I guess they were clearing closet junk that they had due to the closing. So instead of going online like others were which was "forbidden", I decided to quietly toss the ball to myself 2-3 feet into the air not bothering a soul. I was called the next morning and was fired because that *** Ali Christopher from HR came down and saw it happen. No person ever gave a warning or anything she thought I wasn't working. (which there was nothing to do because no one was calling) So Ms. Christopher I hope you don't find another job and get hooked on *** By the way when you walk out that door the last time I hope someone shoves that *** backpack that you wear around like a dumb *** right up your tight *** ya *** ***.

Don't forget about the cross word puzzles they gave us, or the chocolate bars to get rid of their ***. Or what about being told day in and day out business as usual.

I regret Ever working here.

I should've stayed at my basic retail job. Thanks Andy for screwing us all over!!!

I too was asked to leave for *** reasons..lies actually! Peg was so ridiculous that I had a good chuckle on my way home as to her lack of HR knowledge and not having any clue what a good employee is all about! Again no warnings ..I was never late never called out did my job, but certainly was not drinking their Kool aid on a daily basis!

My mental health has greatly improved

Philidor Rx Services, Loved, MISS excellent service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
From the beginning when my doctor referred me to Philidor for an expensive cancer drug, and they worked to get my co-pay down to $35, they were wonderful. After a few months, I was approved for a ZERO co-pay. Fortunately, I no longer need that Rx. I wonder what I'd do if I had to continue after their closing. I kept this vague as I prize my privacy, and I am not a pissed-off consumer. In fact, just the opposite. Limiting competition and access drives up the cost of healthcare and medicines. Give us information and allow us to decide.

I'm experiencing the same issues right now this is pathetic and unacceptable for pharmaceutical company dump them and go to your local give your local pharmacist the business because you will get the personal care and respect that you need

Guest

Guys their completely 100 percent closed no one is working in any of the buildings. It's disgusting that they didn't even tell their patients that their shutting down.

I used to work there. I'm sure your phone calls will not be returned.

Best advice go back to your doctor and figure out what to do with your prescription refills. I'm sorry your all going thru this

Guest

I am having the same problem. It is so frustrating

Guest

You are not alone. I have left five voice messages with no return call.

I just tried an email. Hoping for a better response.

I haven't tried my doctor yet.

The Jublia actually works.

I want to continue the treatment. Please follow up if you have any luck.

Left my old job to work with Philidor when I was told not to show up for training. Found out through family and articles that they were closing their doors. Then found out could not get my old job back. Like the employees I too am trying to find a new job. Good luck to all those employees hope you find a new position soon. Thank you Philidor for causing so many people a lot of grief for being so greedy. It is a shame all of this had to found out through news reports and articles, why not be honest with people.

You should go to this website and look through the posts. There are numerous of contact information for reporters who I am sure would love to hear more about this. http://www.cafepharma.com/boards/forums/valeant-pharmaceuticals.84/

You're telling a person who didn't even work at philidor to talk to reporters? So they can tell the reporters what exactly?

Dear New York Times, the non job I had at the non company was really bad? Go give bad advice somewhere else.

Philidor Rx Services, non existent customer service.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have a similar problem to a previous posting. I cannot get them to stop sending me Jublia. My problem is that my Rx is on auto-refill so they do not even call me. I am trying to get a hold of them but there is no live person to talk to. You have the option to leave a message but when you pick that option their phone system just hangs up. They also offer what they call a "concierge" call back service which does not work either. What a poorly run business. The number I call is useless, 855-744-****. On their website they have an email address but it does not accept emails from people outside the company, why bother to put an email address on your website if it is only accepts emails from employees. Anyone have a number for them that actually gets you to a live person?
